Unwanted Goods

 

All products may be returned if they are unwanted and purchased within 28 days of receipt. Products will qualify if they are unused, unopened and in its original condition and packaging, your return must be in a re-saleable condition.

All returns must be accompanied by a valid Nobela Ltd dispatch confirmation email including your order reference. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging. Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress.

If  your products arrived damaged then please contact us immediately using the form below, you will not be liable for the cost of returning the goods. We will refund shipping costs when we have received the goods. Please state on the form if you require a replacement or refund.
